Will put a smile on your face every time
He’s quick with the trivia too
I don’t know about you
But I look forward to his review
Of my poems
‘Cuz I know know he’ll bring it home
With a poem of his own
He’s generous with the compliments
Quoting his favorite elements
Of what you’ve written
I’m quite smitten
With his fine qualities
And the way he rhymes with ease
This long-standing poet on DUP
Has been very supportive of me
Walking with me on my journey
I couldn’t be more grateful for his presence
This man of great substance
If I had to say it in one sentence
What I believe to be his true essence?
He’s da bomb

During my first year of being on DUP one Strider wrote a poem in tribute but he left DUP and the poem is lost as I did not then think to RL it. I have learnt the lesson now.
I take liberty to interpret the last line as "He rocks" (well, that's what explosions do).
