Why can’t a person just be happy?
Why is it so easy to show a fake smile to the world?
So easy to say I’m fine even when your world is falling apart...
Why is it so difficult to just stay happy?
Can’t a person smile because they’re happy?
Laugh because they want to...?
Cry because of the overwhelming joy that’s in their heart....?
Why does a simple smile have to be so difficult to pull off?
Joy is so scares, Laughter just turned fake,
Love just turned sour and the heart so cold.......
Life is just too short to stay unhappy...
Too short to cry over everything that goes wrong....
Too precious to waste by living a fake life,
With a fake smile and forced joy......
So let’s wake up and give all we can, smile till you can’t anymore,
Laugh till it hurts, and live till you satisfied....
Stay happy.... as hard as it is... but it’s worth it......!!
