Fire In The Sky

High above the earth it stands    
Its halo of clouds touch the sky    
The guardian overseeing their lands      
Protecting life with its nights eye    
The lush vegetation lives below    
The throne upon the terrace heights    
Nourished by cascading rivers flow    
This biodiverse tropical paradise    
With lava fields left behind    
Ancient mysteries never buried    
Warnings of strength left to remind      
The world of its vengeful fury    
     
Echoes reverb the still of night    
Nature comforts when she sings out    
Nocturnal animals an amazing sight    
Within this jungle they live devout    
A beautiful world that's symbiotic      
And offers peace and tranquility    
Innocent at a glance and hypnotic      
But don't test this beasts humility      
For when man attempts to test his fate    
Heed these warnings before you die    
Unleashed eruptions will recreate    
Eternal hell, fire in the sky
