Why don't people understand this, Paul? The majority of British seem to detest America, but they will certainly miss them as an ally.

don’t think most brits detest america, indeed most have somewhat conflicted thoughts about it, I do myself. I’m with thomas paine, when it comes to its constitution, but I deplore the love of guns. oh and burgers. I’d happily live in a world without McDonald’s :)
