Somewhere between birth and death, there's life
Excruciating and beautiful
With fleeting butterfly bliss
And searing itching pain
Pain that can last for decades
There is misery
And there is love
Unguarded, risky, shameless love
While misery waits for grey hairs and varicose veins
If there is a god
He is more sadistic than the devil
If you find yourself alive
Somewhere between birth and death
