Last night everything was like a fairytale.
You and I were in love,
We were happy with each other.
There was no one else.
Everything was perfect.  

Last night something happened,
Something was said
That should have never been thought.
Apologies and forgiveness was absent,
And neither one of us slept.  

Last night snow fell from the sky
As we both spent time alone.
