As an odd answer to that question.
Having anxiety strangely seems to help introspection because you're always questioning yourself and according to others "overthinking" everything.

I appreciate your thoughts on this subject matter 👍 it's just something that I've been thinking about, for a while after I had a few conversations with some people and friends on that topic 🤫 inspirations come from a lot of situations in many mysterious ways ✍️.

I can say with all honesty I know my self worth, because of the things I have and still going through going through in my own life, before then to the here and now I know my own struggles that I have to face in my life dealing with different stages of cancers, that's why I know my self worth for to become a survivor you learn your own self WORTH to continue to stand and tolerate the pain while YOU KEEP ON PUSHING WITH PERSEVERANCE STRENGTH AND FAITH 🙏💪😇.

Oh wow, I'm sorry to hear that. Apart from the illness alone, treatment is one of the hardest things to endure from what I've been told.
Making it through that would definitely leave someone with an unwavering strength.

I appreciate your support and understanding of what it means to someone going through the process of cancer yet it is necessary to be able to share your thoughts and insight and spiritual subconsciousness to ensure that we learn from others experience for everyone who knows what it feels like to go through the process it's hard on the mind and heart and spiritual soul and family and friends that is where we get our courage and perseverance and determination to fight 💪💯🙏📿🪷🪬 SHAMAN 🪬

Great write, SHAMAN. I'm an over thinker as well, it's just my nature. But I agree with, Ryan, it's made me able to be introspective with myself. I'm starting to learn I have value, I'm a work in progress. Much respect, brother poet. Appreciate you.
