Adults

They watch you,
Smell you,
Scare you,
Stare at you,
But never hear you.

How could they?
They have not the nose,
Nor the freight,
Barley the ears,
And never the eyes,

Am I alone?
You start to wonder,
If nobody else,
Ever had the same suffer,

They never get it,
Maybe once they did,
Will you forget?
The pain that is?

So smell me,
See me,
Hear me,
Scare me,
Do as you please,
Cause you will never understand,
The feelings you tease.
