Dig in
Dig in deep, I stamp my feet,
You’re never passing me by.
Make a stand, I hate your plans,
To try to ruin my peace.
Stand up tall, bring down your walls,
I have to fight for peace.
Hear my call, I hate your war,
On people’s dignity.
Your claims are false, you raise my pulse,
With every lie you tell.
You versus us, you broke the trust,
You swore to protect our health.
You kill us all, with words that fall,
As soon as they are exposed.
You fight your war, of words on the poor,
With broken promises, overload.
We cannot count the lives you took,
You failed to see
