I Knew It.
I knew I wasn't good enough,
knew you'd want her back.
I knew you'd open up your eyes,
to see everything I lack.
I knew you'd see her beauty,
her wit and her charms.
I knew something would steal you,
and you'd be back in her arms.
I prepared for this day,
as I knew it would come.
I know where I keep the bullets,
I know where I stored the gun.
I knew you'd realize,
exactly what I'm not.
Your writings on the chalk wall,
they're all you left to haunt.
An arm full of memories,
every one for you.
I at once, begin to cry,
and beg to hit, "undo."
