Impossible?

Nothing is impossible? Try breathing on the moon,
Try stopping an apocalypse, cutting with a spoon,
Try feeding all the hungry, clothing all the poor,
Try spreading peace and love, and ending every war,
Try bringing back the dinosaur, or traveling through time,
Try living for forever, shooting lasers from your eyes,
Try walking on the ocean, swimming through the clouds,
Try falling from the sky without landing on the ground
Try to change the world; try to do what can’t be done,
Try, and fail, I’m sorry, but you’re not the only one
Try to do the impossible; you’ll only end up lost,
That’s why it’s called impossible; it’s not worth the cost,
Try sticking to reality, try feeding one poor man,
Try helping a confused friend come up with a plan,
Try stopping one man’s battle, making someone’s day,
Try giving to the needy, be their saving grace,
Don’t set your hopes so high, love,
you’ll never reach the top
The wind keeps blowing harder
and eventually you’re stopped,
But don’t be upset if you fail
to conquer what can’t be done,
At least you tried you tried to change the world,
you might’ve changed it some.
