The Moscovitch Automobile 

In the fifties, few people in Norway had cars
then, after a deal with the then, Soviet Union 
we received thousands of small cheap cars
from Russia, which enabled, so was the idea 
that the workers also could afford a car.
I had an uncle who worked for a brewer
bought one, but it was ugly, draughty, and basic
all cars imported had the same color gray  
One can say it was Russia that brought 
a cheap, mass-produced car to Norway
and not Germany. 
In the interweaving years, we had a good 
relationship with the Soviets, many people
took bus trips to Moscow to see the sights 
after all, we share a border with Russia.
What caused a stir when the Soviets invaded
Hungary, but we were told Russia did this
because the country had Nazi elements
that needed to be purged 
(ring a bell)
We still liked the Russians in the eighties 
but after the propaganda pressure and 
lies from leading newspapers, the mind 
turned, Russia was no longer a friend
It got worse and worse, mind-boggling   
as it is, we were dragged into the USA
many wars through NATO. We bombed
Libya and fought  in Afghanistan again 
not reflecting on the insanity of this
As a thank you for a job well done, we
got Jens Stoltenberg, a person who is
more pro-American than the ill-fated   
Joe Biden 
Of course, we hate Russia and think of 
war in Ukraine, without knowing why 
that came about, Putin invaded, that's it;
shows Norway, the green energy country,
which is rich in selling oil, has 
the ability to practice the double standard
