alternating between pain and pleasure my soul screams
agony is orgasmic and I cultivate the pain
my sorrow is sweet sin

bleeding in the eternal storm trying to make a name for myself
as a being or worth lest I be canceled out
as not worthy of the time it takes to evolve a soul

I seem to be a character of darkness
I wonder about the beings of light shining so brightly

I wonder if they were born so glittery or does that take time
are we at odds or do we belong all of us converging at this juncture to trade
to give and take what we understand

why are some so happy
and some of just get by on stars left behind by others
