Closing cocoons
Fear rains down all around
Paranoia has left me frozen
All I can see is
My cocoon closing
Friends try but don't understand
The pain I feel
When anguished nightmares
Are all too real
I can't breathe
And my heart's racing
Death comes hasten
Leave me
Let me retreat
From the surrounding madness
I'll be safe when I'm in my
Room
Womb
Cocoon
Tomb

Sometimes I just need to retreat inside my cocoon to feel safe from all that surrounds me. Although I realize it in itself is a tomb.
