Slumber of Infinite Dreams
Slumber of Infinite Dreams
[font=Lucida Sans Unicode,Lucida Grande][font=Times New Roman]Pitched in the dark, the walls start to blink
Eyes enclosed staring into pits of my hollow soul
My hands start fires breaking the very grounds of pain.
I feel nothing beyond the pressures of life
Genocides in my head of all the bacteria clogging the gears of
Broken clockworks
That now is the sound which infected Dreams
Snap at thought of reality
And shatter across the floor from where
Your feet had once touched
The thought of bones snapping and
And the release of your hormones
Brings memories of the past murders of your self esteem
Trapped
Your eyes are stapled shut
Blood rushes and your face goes cold
Soldiers bomb the very center of insanity
And your very life cracks
An un-repairable hole from which
Thoughts can escape
Now you’re left
Floating in the empty
Dark again
Not a thought can revive
The colors that once inhabited your
Head.
