I know it seems
Like I am not always here
Or there

But I am
I am listening
And watching

I am responding what I can

And what I cannot say out loud

Is repeating in my mind

I promise

I will always be here

Even if I am a bit see-through

Author's Note

Words are hard for me. Typing, writing, talking, texting, it doesn't matter. Lots of times I just can't get the words out. They get stuck in my brain and my throat. I always try to make my words meaningful, so I do hope it doesn't ever come off as insincere and rude. I care. I just can't express it in the way other people can.

You're all good, girl. Don't be so tough on yourself. Just be you. Anyone worth having in your life, that will be enough for.

Also, I noticed you said that you always try to make your words meaningful. That may add to your struggle to get the words out. Some sort of arbitrary standard that you are holding yourself too. Like if it doesn't meet that standard, it's not good enough to say, text or write. That is unnecessary pressure. Honesty will always be the best part of whatever you say, text or write. Just go with what you feel. Doesnt matter which words you use.
