If we realise that our feelings are only temporary. A knee jerk reaction to an unexpected twerk. It's not the final. act but just part of a scene. The bad ones are absolutely defining. It you can face it knowing this isn't how my whole life is it’s only a fraction of it, but it isn't your final production. You have just learnt a lesson take the rough with the smooth with almost a distracting fashion The bad will come it's invariably a fact of life but if you focus too much on that and forget all the great ones. Watch the bad one's manifest and become as natural as breathing

You are your own self assassin hyper tuned but what if you just took the time to just observe say thanks that wasn't great. but you will not manipulate my feelings one hundred percent to believe I am done.
Feelings need to be recycled some go to the dump some are learning material.

Just like a homework assignment but once you have completed it file it done no need for further action. You can't go back you can only go forwards even if it's two steps back and three forwards. Look at it as a mathematical formula. You just must find the right one. Staying still isn't one.
