The Wedding Guest Part Three
Dismissed we made our way
Where the chandeliers glowed
And I downed
One drink
Two drink
By the third I was all in
I danced as though I was alone in the room
For the first time in months I danced for fun
I didn’t feel worried or stressed
That I was over dressed
Or that someone watched with distaste
I no longer waste my time worrying
‘Twas a nice wedding
I took advantage of the food they offered
Slices of cake that made me grin
Music that slowed and picked up again
I didn’t feel shunned
For it was all fun
And next thing you know it was time to go
And we left while the evening glowed

This is the final part of The Wedding Guest, I’m still new at writing but I hope you liked it. I had such a blast, I danced the night away and ate good food and the cake was amazing and I was in awe at the dress I picked out to wear to the event
