Truth or Dare
If you want it back
Spend an evening with me, he said
And as foolish as it was
I took the bait he had proposed
I've been warned one too many times
About his cunning smirk and flirty mouth
Keep my distance, is what I should do
But I'd be lying if I said I didn't want it too
Now I'm standing outside my house
Waiting for him to come pick me up
My hands shake with excitement
As my head shakes with guilt
And in his car we play a game
Truth or dare, the classic entertainment
And with a lack of hesitation
He dares me to kiss his rosey lips
Like a magnet my lips attach to his
And they dance together as the night slowly drifts
Take me now, under this starry sky
Before this night shall end
Spend an evening with me, he said
And as foolish as it was
I took the bait he had proposed
I've been warned one too many times
About his cunning smirk and flirty mouth
Keep my distance, is what I should do
But I'd be lying if I said I didn't want it too
Now I'm standing outside my house
Waiting for him to come pick me up
My hands shake with excitement
As my head shakes with guilt
And in his car we play a game
Truth or dare, the classic entertainment
And with a lack of hesitation
He dares me to kiss his rosey lips
Like a magnet my lips attach to his
And they dance together as the night slowly drifts
Take me now, under this starry sky
Before this night shall end
