Young dreams .
Shy girls don’t get seen like the queens who work short tight skirts with ample cleavage on offer. It’s screaming you want me with sex appeal sealed with bright red lipstick and five-inch razor heels. They turn heads wherever they may be never short of attention coz they got the confidence to be your wet dream.
Shy girls hide behind clothes buttoned up almost to their neck and hemlines pass the knee. Shoes to sensible with arch support for comfort and a block two-inch heel. Their make up is on the neutral side coral lips and freckled cheeks brushed over with golden hues and hair free swinging in an attempt to be free. They are not they know. they have already lost as the queens clear the dance floor and with a flick of a wrist grab every available man by the hand and with a flash of a killer smile. The men fall to their demise.
The shy girls hide behind dancing around their handbags and dream how to be more provocative to reveal a piece of their flesh start with the knees and one button less at the chest. Get out the door and parents prying eyes and leave their voices behind and find theirs. It’s just self confidence it seems too far away for them as they move almost in disguise as deep down, they don’t want to be viewed as their heads awkwardly bob and they focus on their shoes and not the room.
Self confidence doesn’t come in a moisturiser jar to apply every day it’s on the inside that you see yourself and accept your quirks as unique and your strengths as your ace up your sleeve. It’s not even about how you dress it’s how you move. You have to trust your own instincts and realise there are gaps between confidence and fear. It’s like learning to drive your own car. It’s a learning curve and hand break turns to find out who you really are.
