THE PLEASURE OF PLEASURING

THERE
are, thankfully, an
amazing number
of pleasures to enjoy
daily on life's journey.
THE
pleasure of music,
the pleasure of food,
the pleasure of reading,
the pleasure of writing,
the pleasure of theater,
the pleasure of making love,
the pleasure of conversations,
the pleasure of memories,
the pleasure of work,
AND
the list goes on and on;
even the thought of pleasuring
is a unique pleasure.
BUT
at the top of a pleasuring
list is, in my opinion:
SELF-PLEASURING
from nose to toes;
especially on a cold
and rainy day like today.
