For The Ones Who Believe:

  

What would you do if Jesus passed by?

Would you drop to your knees?

Would you shamefully cry?

Would his light be too much for your human eyes?

 

What if he rose from the dead this day?

Would the water’s part?

Would paths clear  way?

Would unholy people turn to stone?

No longer will the righteous walk alone……

They’ll be walking beside Jesus.

 

 

What would you do if it were your last day to breathe?

Would you confess your sins before you leave?

Would you reach out to Jesus for resolution of your soul?  

Would you act inane and out of control?

Really, what would you do?

 

Do you think you are ready to meet the Lord?

Do you think You’re without sin on your own accord?

Have you not cheated, stolen or lied?

How would you fair if today you died?

 

What would you do if it were your day

To meet the Lord and you never prayed?

How many people read the Bible….

Is ignorance a cause to claim not liable?

 

There are so many that don’t believe-

Yet they don’t lie, steal or deceive.

They live their lives with common good

And love and respect like good folk should.

 

What would they do if Jesus walked by?
