Beautiful play of light on the water
A complexity too great for words
Changing every second
The grass on the side of the water
Swoons in the wind
The soft, gentle breeze
A melody no mind can put on paper
A song too profound for capturing it in notes
This is the moment I remember
Unique
Some things can not be dissected with the mind
Don‘t try to understand beauty
Just experience its majesty
Too vast for our limited words
Every ray of sunlight
Is unique

Every moment in our life is unique. Every single one. But you can only see this if you open your eyes to the specifics of the moment you find yourself in. If you abstract the specifics away you can not see the uniqueness of the present moment. For living in the moment abstractions only get in the way. Understanding only gets in the way. Thoughts only get in the way. Learn to focus your attention on your direct experience and ordinary moments all of a sudden become extraordinary.
