Imminent death appears crystal clearer
And reflections haunt me in the mirror
Answers defy me with blank souless stares
Courage grips me and life it dares
My love of life is bleeding out
Searching for rain in this drought
Trapped twisted configurations
Tasting these lucid temptations
Silence surrounds the quiet in me
Slivers of death is all I see
Tattooed body with sharpened teeth
Who I saw I did not believe
Soon my visions are all too real
When I escape this hell will feel
Furious anger and all that's true
What once was thought was all I knew
Avoiding the demons I steer clear
While searching for ways to disappear
Plotting revenge when I reappear
