And here I am, letting you go,
I dont know, if I would ever forget
about you, but I'll do.
I'm letting you go, with an ending bye,
even though, I will be thinking about you,
the rest of my life.

I like this poem, but I think it would strike people more if you capitalized your "i"s and put apostrophes in your "Im"s. Other than that though, this is the perfect example of a short and sweet poem.
