A world viewed
                 through sunlit teardrop
Multi*faceted
                         and many hued
Amuses
Upside down
                                   madness
Laughter ricochets
Off prison bars
                           of rattled ribcage
Startling
                  with its                      escape
Unaccustomed
               to such rambunctious behavior
In the sudden silence
                                       following
Edges of brittle
                                    soften
Not much
It is
                   a start
