Fleeting Moments Lost in Time

Persistently, I strive to unearth a memory,
Misplaced in the recesses of the past.
A splendid moment, once a source of delight,
Its recollection, a temporal treasure unsurpassed.

One fine morning, the sentiment dissipated,
Vanishing along with the cherished memory.
I search within the depths of my own heart,
Pondering: where has it chosen to flee?

Countless fragments of moments, each in its time,
Conspire to weave the tapestry of our lives.
Occasionally, we forfeit a luminous fragment,
A challenge to substitute, as it fervently strives.

Author's Note
In "Fleeting Moments Lost in Time," I navigate the corridors of memory, exploring the tender beauty of moments that, once vivid, have slipped away. This collection invites readers to reflect on the transient nature of joy, loss, and the intricate tapestry of our lives. May these verses resonate with the shared experience of seeking solace in the echoes of our past.
