Somatropolis

In a world where day is swallowed by night,
Under a sky, bereft of starlight,
Stand towers like phantoms, grim and stark,
A land shrouded in mysteries dark,
Where whispers of life are a ghostly sight.

Here, soma reigns, casting its blight,
A veil over hearts, snuffing out the light,
It muffles the soul's true, fiery spark,
In dreams, it lulls the mind to embark.

Yet, a choice emerges in the absence of light,
Two paths: one hidden, one in plain sight.
Red reveals truths, harsh and stark,
Blue, a sea of ignorance, an unlit park.
Each a path, a different plight.

In this realm of perpetual night,
Choices weave a tale of fright and might,
Red bares a world raw and stark,
Blue keeps the mind in a slumberous ark,
In the dance of shadow and light.

In the stillness, our story alights,
A journey through fear, hope, and might,
In the choice of a pill, a destiny mark,
In our choosing, a journey embark,
In silence and shadow, our tale takes flight.
