Library Lovers

In the library where we first met,
Our eyes exchanged a secret bet.
You smiled as I strolled through the aisle,
No words uttered, just a silent smile.

Inviting glances spoke what we meant,
Next to each other, our time was spent.
Days turned into afternoons so fine,
A spark in my nape, a feeling divine.

You neared, and a hand discreetly strayed,
I glanced at you, but you just said:
"Shh, deal with it, control your rush,"
You explored, and the sparks did blush.

Days passed like an unending flare,
Every visit, you'd find me there.
One day, you followed me near,
To my room, where love would appear.

No words still, just hearts beating fast,
We exploded, and love was cast.
Professed our love that very day,
Together forever, come what may.

Yet to the library, we sometimes go,
You still explore, and the sparks still glow.
A romance rare, a love so stark,
You've left an indelible mark.
