Meeting In The Ladies Room II
Just a nighty reality check for the ladies, so listen up, we are in a new month and a new year, there are little offerings we can give our bodies to keep it functioning, to promote a healthy living.

We are in the season referred to, as Old Man Winter, the time the skin loses its hydration, the dry hands/feet, and crackling lips.
Ladies, to maintain that suppleness to the dermis skin you must use a less abrasive skin regiment, I must add, the proper way I would say, is to wash your face upon your Grand Rising, in that worthy note of your existence put your Queen’s crown self-care energy to give credence to your overall persona as a female, its beautiful time spent before you face the dynamics of the world.
Those secrets are after watching your face, pat it dry, some ladies may use an astringent, I personally do not, due in part, I have very sensitive skin, then after using an astringent, make sure, you then moisturize your face and the neck area, and without ado, please invest in a #clinical proven or dermatologist recommended brand moisturizer.
Personally, and not stated as a suggestive, however, I use all of Oil of Olay products, their products are tailored to my skin care needs, from the bar soaps, body washes, facial care cream (promising the fountain of youth to the skin),
I like my facial results when using their products and that’s all I am saying, moving right along.
Ladies, if you are planning to squeeze into those skinny jeans, prior to spring, I would say, now would be the time to begin utilizing a gym or fitness center.
I understand we are still recovering from three months of glutton to our immune system, but I would be understanding, we had, what Halloween, with candy, Thanksgiving with food and from Christmas to New Year’s Eve, we had presents, food, and plenty of liquor.
Now we have crossed over the threshold, and we are into the month of January, its, cold, snow in some states, floods as well, that is a lot to mentally process, we tend to consume unhealthy choices of food items, more sugar, more salt, and process snacks, the number one deterrence for weight seems to be potato chips and ice cream.
If you have made any resolutions to lose weight, I applaud you, me and resolution do not pair, however, I do like to reflect to see where I can make improvements to promote, the growth of my spirituality to give an elevation to my psyche emotionally, physically.
If have a weakness for those friend potatoes, make sure they are baked potato chips.
For some reason, in the winter months a lot of ladies as reported use the shorter days and longer nights as a catalyst to eat or feel depressed.
We become stagnate in our ability to want to get up and move, and since this is a New World Order of technology, where everything is processed at our fingertips.
On your cellphone find an app or install one where you can complete with self about losing weight, you are your own cheering section, society just sees your progress.
We tend to become complacent sitting at our computer, and yes eating at our computer station. This is where you must learn to separate your realistic life and your virtual existence. The point I am trying to make is, step away from the computer, sit down with the family to eat, discuss the adventures of each and every one of your days, make conversation, and involve yourself in the laughter, watch a movie, you and your husband/significant other make it a date night.
Always enjoy the moments as they present them, not as you plan.
Ladies, we owe it to ourselves to be pampered by someone, but, if not, then you pamper yourself and do it in good faith, this brings me to my next point, a Spa Day would be beneficial and a facial mask with exfoliation to rid those dead skin cells that have not been slouched off during daily washing.
Or, as me, when not at a day Spa in New York. My in between home facial remedies consist of using an organic egg white facial regiment made from my own hands, and it always leaves my skin so soft, brighter, and supple during these winter months.
Make sure before you give your money to any business, make sure they are Certified, or their business is licensed and approved by the BBB(Better Business Bureau).
Also, just a little form of suggestion for anyone who suffers from any form of respiratory element; common cold, bronchitis, COPD, Emphysema, with your doctor’s permission try a spoonful of honey, it gives your immune system a boost.
Researchers reviewed 14 studies of almost 1,800 people with upper respiratory infections being treated with either honey or usual methods (antihistamines, expectorants, cough suppressants, and painkillers). In the meantime, let’s celebrate the time now and feeling good about taking care ourselves.
The Annual Pap Smear would be smart to have, an early detention, to prevent Cervical Cancer, a mammogram to detect Breast Cancer, I am sure it will be a conforming sigh of relief, it’s always wise to be prepared in the beginning then to be found suffering in the end.
Those who suffer for Diabetes I or II, I will advise you to get an Annual Pap Smear, Diabetic Eye Exam, and a Podiatrist for feet care, and to trim those hard and sometimes fungal nails, which reflects having diabetes.
Keep the temple warm accordingly, and please stay hydrated throughout this winter season, and I keep my feet soft after I get out of my milk bath, I will use Vaseline, it works best on the soles of feet primarily throughout the night.
Think pleasant thoughts in knowing springtime will be here before you know it.
