Burying Your Doom

As ghastly white rose petals blow
Wind of sweet, musky florals pierce my soul
Lights of time is slowly dimming
Of once were a girl with spirit gleaming
Now pondering
Each step as I go, cold and rippling
It's a lonesome dimension,
With an unyielding cycle of self-imposed detention
Pondering each step as I go, cold and rippling
In bitter solitude, whilst time is fleeting

Must I spend these years to just sit and squander
When there are much left to sip and savor

Stand... and shiver?
When life, is not forever?

A chime

From a distance of heart
Like a symphony from Mozart
Only tragedy forms in gloom...
I must bloom
A new rose, with no doom
A skeptic mind to entomb
