Image for the poem Age

Age

Bygone echoes in the corridors of memory,
A tapestry spun with threads of youth and time.
Unyielding, it lingers on,
Unwavering tenant in the chambers of my mind.

Soul retains its youthful vigor,
Body continues to purposefully mature,
Existence dances to the rhythm,
Mortal ballet is in full splendor.
