We had it all and let it all go,
With the love that we knew,
With the dreams that we had,
That we destined to be true.

With the times that we shared,
With the life that we made,
That signified that we cared.

With the secrets we kept,
With the vows that we made,
That were never made to forget.

With the good times and bad,
With the heart break we found,
That made both our lives sad.

Somewhat haunting flow....and almost resigned tone....
