Self Enlightenment

Come, let me unveil the world,
What purpose do our bodies hold?

What is the essence of our existence,
In the debate of nature versus nurture?

Come, O sacred yet profane entity with cravings,
Come, O benevolent yet primal carnivore,

Consume desires, transform into a beast,
Until the self dissolves, and you are no more
