A prison of Dreams

A dream is truly a window into the hidden experiences of a persons life.
Whispers of the past, echoes of the now,
A dreamscape where emotions plough.
The hidden experiences, unkept and unbound,
In the silent theater of the subconscious dream.

We are reminded of pain and regret, of Pleasure and Rejoice.
Each scene a reminder, a cinematic art,
Of the turmoil within, tearing at the heart.
Scripts of sorrow, inked in shades of gray,
Unfolds in the mind where suppressed memories hold sway.

The dreamer, a captive in a phantasmal cell,
Bound by the spell that dreams cast so well.
Strapped down to a ride with no clear stop,
Unable not to watch, as the projector of the mind drops.

So, in the sandman's realm where illusions stream,
We navigate the corridors of elusive dreams.
Trapped in the paradox, both nightmare and bliss,
In the inescapable prison of the mind's unforgivable abyss.
