Immanence

In crystal cratered clarity  
a newly waning moon arose
delighting wordsmith Romeos
with gibbous luminosity,
whereby hypnosis comes and goes  
to give the soul the space it needs,
where contemplation interbreeds  
with all the light fair Luna throws...
and in that mix of thought and beam
and nearby candle powered page,
comes the glory, in any age,
of muse commixture with a dream...
and all the latent promise of
some lunar gold and midnight love!
