Concrete Angel
No body sees the pain behind the mask I wear
People wonder why i shy away
But i stand tall and pretend to be happy
I have the scars to prove what happened to me
I cry in the middle of the night
I sometimes i wish i was never born,
But through the storm I stand tall
although i can't rise above this world
But in my dreams i have wings and they make my wants come true
I have the bruise on my arm the claw marks on my arm
Why i can't call for help
because in the morning it'll be to late
then my name will be written on a polished rock
Just another girl who wanted help but the world forgot about her..........
