Some "Haikus" for Mo
If, as Mo opines, the following piece by Patricia Donegan is a Haiku
"spring wind -
I too
am dust “ ,
then so are these:
Cat asleep
I, too,
am purring.
Squirrel’s food
in it my hunger
finds no satisfaction
stacks of unread books
within their presence
I stand accused
kitchen sink
breeding ground
for roaches
full moon
your face of bone
leaves me sleepless

The author encourages honest critique.
Another little mistake that you might want to correct before other poets pick you up on it. Haiku is the plural, there is no such word as "haikus".
Remember my friend, if you are going to use another poets haiku as you have here, then you really should give credit to the poet...or in this case, haijin.

This amazing haiku won the Mainichi Haiku contest in Japan. It was written by Patricia Donegan and voted on by renowned haijin, in Japan, Akira Saito. It was he who said that this is wonderful haiku, not Mo, though I do believe it is a great haiku.
Thanks for publishing her work here in DP Baldwin, but you should have contacted her and asked for her permission, copywrite laws and all man.

There may not be any such word as "haikus", just as there is no such noun as "write", but if you Google "haikus", you'll see that others do not share this view. and that when one posts the question "Is haiku already plural? to Google, one gets these responses:
"The word haiku is a Japanese loan word and in Japanese, nouns don't change depending on whether they're plural or singular. Therefore, the plural of haiku is haiku. However, it is not uncommon to come across haikus as the plural form in English."
"While it's true that the Japanese word "haiku" is the same in both the singular and plural, this formal correctness, since the word is a transliteration into English, is often abandoned in favor of "haikus," much like the word "emoji" is pluralized in English as "emojis.""
