WHY ARE YOU SO ANGRY
WHY are you so angry about something, that you will never have no control over, for don't you see what you are doing to thyself and with your life. Why are so angry is it because you are filled, with your own thoughts of misery and pain and hurtful, things that continue to eat at your very thoughts and having you feel hopeless. Why are you so angry about your life is it because, you refuse to be able to be honest with yourself, for only you can truly understand that it's hard trying to be YOU. WHEN IT'S YOU THAT NEEDS TO CHANGE YOUR MIND AND HEART AND THOUGHTS, AS IN MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY AND SPIRITUALLY, ABOUT HOW YOU WANT TO LIVE YOUR LIFE TO BE FREE OF THE CENTER OF YOUR TRUE EMOTIONS OF WHY ARE YOU SO ANGRY. 👁️👁️

I had to reply to this, my King, in regards, to a question I ask imbalanced minds daily.
There is never a concrete reason while society is angered, however, there is always underlined causes I take into consideration,which pinpoints several variables; stress, marital problems, PTSD, non-communication mechanisms.
I could continue. In regards to that window of contemplation, peace is a state of mind as well as anger.
I thought I would briefly explain without getting to philosophical, whereas, I can professionally take comfort in your words of mental awareness.

I appreciate that you have taken the time to bring into scope an emotion few do not know how to adjust or cope with.
A detrimental emotion when not assessed or professionally triaged by a Mental Health Therapist. If ignored, that particular emotion becomes unstable and can have dire consequences if speared in the wrong direction or at the wrong time.

For sure, Stoney, I know hate is a waste of energy, feeling angry all the time. It never lets up. Although I've never really been in love, I find it so much more rewarding than hate, more relaxing & soothing too, now that I come to think of it. :-)
I agree that negativity it takes to much effort and energy for it's easy to spend that time with positivity and tranquility and love 💖💯💪👊🙏🪷
