The Darkness of Light

In the moonlit haze, where danger lurks,
Your skin, like porcelain, invites my touch,
Sparkling in the night, a captivating sight,
In shadows, our unity, a flame, does ignite.

I tread with care, into your dreams,
Emotions swirling like a tempest's streams,
Riding the tide, fearless, yet aware,
In this dance of passion, we both dare.

Lying on the grass, in dusk's embrace,
Feeling love's fire, with every trace,
As the sun descends in the crimson west,
Emotions run wild, put to the test.

A rose I offer, its petals fair,
Blossomed in daylight's tender care,
But its thorns, like talons, we must beware,
For love's delight can turn to a snare.

In the moonlit glow, I act as shy,
A courting gentleman, with love awry,
I whisper, "Voulez-vous dancez,"
In this dangerous tango, we'll both sway.

A bottle I keep, to preserve our time,
In society's eyes, our love may climb,
With freedom and passion, our hearts transcend,
As we find unity in darkness, and light, in the end.
