You Reap What You Sow

I will post the second a part of this video very soon, and the progress of my Summer gardening series. A sacred journey of bonding with self, my passion of gardening fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices all organic in matter, and the progress of my rose bushel.

I am waiting to slice my home-grown tomatoes, picked from the fruit of my labor and you can watch me prepare an old French recipe salad, utilizing fresh herbs and spices, and my favorite, a Greek Salad with homemade vinaigrette dressing, yes, always try to use Virgin Olive Oil, and organic herbs and spices when making your own, and always top it off with at least a sprinkle of flax seeds, if you are not inclined to any allergies.

Everyone please have a blessed weekend in all that you may do.
