Dancing in Paris
Good night Daisy, I said it like a prayer
Hoping that God, will still keep you right there
But now you’re dancing in Paris
Away from my harm
Away from my poison I disguised with my charm, So….
Goodnight Daisy,
Cause you still love me, maybe
Guess now your his, and my lady
Come look now and see
It’s becoming everything you wanted us to be
The building and sharing
This love that I’m wearing
The blood on my hands, my heart on my sleeve
Fought through the pain, for all I’ve achieved
I’ll still dream you at night
Even when I’m filled with delight
But you keep dancing in Paris
The distance repairs us
Keeps emotions in check
And buries regrets
So Goodnight Daisy
I pray the morning never comes for you while you’re dancing in Paris…
Hoping that God, will still keep you right there
But now you’re dancing in Paris
Away from my harm
Away from my poison I disguised with my charm, So….
Goodnight Daisy,
Cause you still love me, maybe
Guess now your his, and my lady
Come look now and see
It’s becoming everything you wanted us to be
The building and sharing
This love that I’m wearing
The blood on my hands, my heart on my sleeve
Fought through the pain, for all I’ve achieved
I’ll still dream you at night
Even when I’m filled with delight
But you keep dancing in Paris
The distance repairs us
Keeps emotions in check
And buries regrets
So Goodnight Daisy
I pray the morning never comes for you while you’re dancing in Paris…
