Sometimes my love beneath a rose
Beneath the shadows where death so knows
I find that time cannot unknow
The sorrow and the suffering
For there my sorrow never knows
And my suffering ever goes
Till all the shadows last have told
Ife love might ever know
Beyond the sorrow and the suffering
That Elfand has magic.
