Halflit, disturbing, halflit unlit
screaming volumes, unfed
coagulation dripping, unfit,
clotting shadows, unkempt,
dark bloodshed and behold
with gothic sweet little Hepatitis
cocooned in my arms

Like a terrifying, haunting disposition. This could represent many things, if not its own expression. It's like being an addict without a fix (some of the metaphors remind me). I've been through that hell and back, personally, so this resonates with me. Very dark, especially if that's what you were going for. Anyway, nice read. Keep them coming!
