Advocate Synapsis

This is about the temptation to do drugs, and the fake, synthetic person you become, in the approval of your "confident" and "better" personality under the influence.  You convince yourself you need the drugs but know it's wrong (first 2 lines).  You then do it and feel good (lines 3 and 4).  Eventually, it transitions into a personality under the influence of the drug and living a lie as a person (lines 5 and 6).  Thievery and/or dishonest behavior puts you in a perpetual curse that you suffer the consequence of, and have to answer to, every time you become sober, as well as the dangers to your health (line 7).  You seem to have a "super" ability when you are high.  The fake character you are needs to be addressed as the identity of sobriety comes back (line 8).
