Gobbet (2nd attempt)
8/30
Gobbet (2nd attempt)
My mishmash/ed (up) meatloaf
in my immature opinion
tasted mighty good
though I was embarrassed
at how it looked.
The synthesis of it all
was rather simple.
Good for me, a novice
in anyone’s kitchen.
Got the recipe from
a friend (& fellow poet).
Never thought to use
Ritz crackers but willing
to give it a go
(1st attempt I tried croutons
which might have worked
had I not forgot to add an egg)
the final product came out dry
but I didn’t care because
IT CAME OUT LOOKING
LIKE A LOAF!!
Don’t think for one minute
i was not gonna eat this
block of blobbiness!
Add enough hot sauce
and ketchup and
everything tastes great!
