The reflection she sees
 is youthful in appearance  
sharpen with a sharpen scalpel and her mind's eye
but she is hopeful that the winkles
around her eyes and mouth are hidden  
with the thick makeup she applies.
She’s hopeful he doesn’t notice her aged hands
or the sagging breast  
Hopeful he doesn’t see the gray the dye missed.
Hopeful that her money will last
Hopeful he doesn't have wayward eyes
Hopeful he won't turn away
 because she's needs a man touch this day .
