True loves reach
After weeks of separation
going through the motions
Of different sensations
experiencing the
Mutual limitations
the thoughts of our fixation of one another
Having continual hopes
and dreams of our future

Learning all of each others “
Defects And imperfections”

Is what keeps me on my toes

But you my true loves reach
I see that
You are like the sea and the winds
From to and from
You are the ocean that cascades
On the shore line
But to be precise
if I did not know how to swim
All there would be is my demise
thank God for the breath
Of life and the wisdom to survive
The continual sign
That you
Provide
over and over
in the times in our life
The heights that we climbed
over time has brought us
To this point to overcoming the pattern of our lives
from the distance
To being in arms reach every day
Every turn in bed
every time I look at you
But truly
All I can think of
Is I’m in
The presence of my beautiful
