The After Shave You Wear
I don't often share my personal life but I have the blues on today. Perhaps it's the rain. This is what my wife wrote before she passed.
You are my hero, the After Shave you wear,
my Prince of Tides with no alibies,
a quantum leap above the maddening crowds
as my love runs over our appointed time,
but I will always be by your smile,
and when at the shop, in your pocket.
I love you.
