Two�steps�forward,�and�twelve�steps�back,
The�seams�have�burst�open,�I�begin�to�collapse.
All�for�nothing,�nothing�ever�lasts.
Strive�for�something�that�cannot�be�achieved.
Where�are�you?�Where�have�you�been?
Alone�I�wander�this�treacherous�never�ending�path.
You�ll�never�know�unless�you�ask,
Lies�cut�deep�to�the�bone.
Searching�high,�low,�and�far,
I�am�nowhere,�where�you�are.

Cannot�break�free,�Entangled�in�the�binds�of�time,�
Come�crashing�down,�each�time�I�climb.
Intricate�this�creation,�insidious�in�design.
Nowhere�to�run.�Nowhere�to�hide.
Stumble�on�further�through�this�dark�place,
Spiraling�downward�within�demise.
At�the�end�of�my�rope,�on�the�edge�of�the�line.

Invasion�has�begun,�soon�overtaking.
Chokehold�on�my�soul,�devoid�of�all�sanity.
Pain�is�easy�and�everlasting.�Bliss�is�pure�vanity.
Trapped�in�this�hell,�nothing�can�save�me.
Relief�is�memory�lifelong�I�have�missed.

Poisons�fill�my�lungs�so�toxic�and�deadly.
Drowning�in�the�sea�of�sorrows,
Darkness�pulls me into the abyss that lies beneath.
Eyes now�blind.�I�can�no�longer�see.
Gasping�for�air,�but�I�cannot�breathe.
Frail�and�fickle�heart�grasped�tightly�between�sharp�teeth.
Torn�to�shreds,�this�heart�no�longer�beat[/font]s.
